The programme

These terms govern the AURA Beauty Bar loyalty programme, hosted at loyalty.aurabeautybar.co.za and run by AURA Beauty Bar, Shop 3, 152 Main Road, Muizenberg, Cape Town, Western Cape, 7945. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You give us your name, phone number, and email address, and you choose a password. Keep your password to yourself. Your membership ID on the card identifies you. It does not add stamps by itself.

One membership per person. We may close or merge duplicate accounts.

Stamps

After a completed treatment, scan the salon QR code from your logged-in card. A successful scan adds one stamp.

You may collect only one stamp per calendar day. The day runs from midnight to midnight, South African time (Africa/Johannesburg). It is not a rolling 24-hour window. A stamp just before midnight and another just after midnight count as two days.

Stamps are for a treatment you have completed at AURA Beauty Bar. We may refuse a stamp, or reverse one, that was not earned that way. The card stops at the number of stamps required. Further scans do not add stamps until the reward is redeemed in the salon and the card returns to zero.

The reward

The reward, and how many stamps it takes, are set by AURA Beauty Bar and shown on your card. They can change. A change does not turn stamps into cash. When your card is full, ask the salon to redeem the reward. Redemption is in person, at our discretion once we have confirmed the card, and it resets your stamps to zero.

The reward has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money or for a different treatment unless we agree. It cannot be combined in a way that exceeds the reward shown on your card.

Marketing

Creating an account signs you up for marketing communications from AURA Beauty Bar. That includes email, phone, and WhatsApp about the salon, treatments, and this programme. Marketing is part of membership. To stop those messages, contact us and we will close the account.

Acceptable use

Do not share your login, copy the salon QR code to stamp yourself away from a treatment, interfere with the programme, or attempt to access another member's card or the admin area. We may suspend or close an account, and remove stamps, if these terms are broken.

Changes and ending the programme

We may change the reward, the number of stamps, these terms, or the programme itself, and we may end the programme. If we end it, unredeemed stamps do not become a debt we owe you. We will tell members by the contact details on their account when a change is material.

Liability

The programme is a goodwill benefit. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost stamps, a reward that is changed or withdrawn, or a technical failure of the card or QR code. Nothing in these terms limits liability that South African law does not allow us to limit.
